I worked at this bank for 30 years. I retired in June of 2014. I am so sorry to read these reviews and I am very disappointed. I hope that management has reached out to you. At the same time, I know there is always two sides to a story. We always prided ourselves for our friendly service and working to help the community.

I used to bank with First Midwest 4 years the one in Sikeston first and then when I move to Dexter I transferred to this one never had an issue with them before always love their service always loved how they had you overdraft protection or $100 or $500 but just last year I had three charges come out of my account that I didn't do and when I went to see where the stuff was shipped to that was ordered with my checking account at First Midwest there was nobody living there so I couldn't dispute it and I had to pay for all that it happened to me a few times there that's why I close them out and went to another place but they are really good nice people there helpful that I wouldn't have a problem with them

It's been 3 months since I paid for a credit check and filed a home loan and I have still yet to receive an answer on my loan. No phone calls no heads up nothing. And when u call up their and ask they are very rude and act like you are bothering them. Worst service I've ever had.

If you are looking for a mortgage, run fast. They screw up our escrow almost every month, and didn't pay our home insurance for the past two years on time. Plus you can only get sent straight to voicemail for every agent. Please do not mortgage here.
