“Great place to get a good workout in! Has everything you may need to workout plus offers tanning! Has a big open room for a agility/ hit & even boxing workouts as well! Open 24/7 with memberships which is great and the prices are reasonable! Offers great classes as well!! The workers are nice & very friendly!”
“I go here and I do learn quite a lot but if you plan to do BJJ he don't put you against equal opponents for size or skill (and I don't have any hatrid with the place but it's not that fair sometimes)”
“That's a great little clinic. The doctors were very friendly and front office staff was very helpful. I didn't realize they had a full fitness center here and took a tour and it was very accommodating and complete. I tried lap swimming and the pool is nice. However, the water temperature is too warm for a lap pool and drained all my energy.”
