“Although there is always a wait time for service, this is the best ATT store in the area. Andrew (I hope I got his name right) was very helpful with sorting out a call center snafu. I'd rather go in person for service than deal with the jerk that lied to me about billing charges in the call center. Plan in an extra few minutes and go to this store. You'll be glad you did.”
