Tina does a wonderful job & works her tail off, most times it’s just her there by herself. Never once have I seen her in a bad nor tired mood from the work load of the day

Spent 2 1/2 getting my nails done not including wait time on the phone they told me $25 I paid $65The nails are messy and look unfinished.They said $25 so I thought save money I should of went to cape got my nails done for $50-$60 and got done faster and better.Service: Pedicure

I called them to be sure they would be open. The lady said they are open until 7. I show up at 6 and the doors are locked with the open sign light on. Lights were off and no workers. I drove 20 minutes to get there. Wasted gas….

My daughter went here yesterday with a friend and her friends mom. They called and was told they have an opening at 530. They show up and had to wait till 6. When they showed the man what they wanted he told my daughter no to the color she wanted, told the other girl no to the full design she wanted because there was other people who walked in without an appointment that he said he needed to do as well. He done a rush job. He filed down ones nails so much they felt on fire. She had to take Tylenol. And she has had her nails done several times before and never had that happen. Just over all poor service. Oh and to top it off when my daughter showed him the picture of what she wanted he scrolled through her pictures without asking.Service: Manicures

Waited 2 hours for my daughter to have her nails done. Very easy design that she was wanting. The man was rude and didn't listen. He did her nails completely different than what she asked for. She even tried to correct him and he ignored her complaints.Service: Manicure

Set appointment at 5, for me and my mother. I arrived at 4:45. We waited almost 2 hours to be serviced for a pedicure only . My water was cold the entire wait. I was skipped after asking for just a polish change (my attempt to shorten time). I was then charged $25 for a polish change ( not to mention the manager had to do my toes because her worker left me to do someone else’s pedicure who arrived after me) Which is the same price as the pedicure I was supposed to get. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with quality and customer service.
