I get good service at window. The thing I don't like is that you have to make an appointment to go inside. I would change banks if I didn't have so much to change.. People are nice. It's the Corp. Office that is causing the problems in our local banks.

It only took years for me to finally come to my senses and leave this Bank. Very rarely do you not have to wait forever in line and get somebody who knows what they're doing and it's nice. At a local branch or over the phone.

Very unprofessional. Rude and unhelpful in ever way possible. I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone. The manager refused to speak to me. Says she didn’t have the paper work for me to pick up the bank deposit for the business I work for. We filled that out three months prior to that. Didn’t care what I had to say whatsoever. Never In my life been talked to the way she talked to me.

Amy West branch manager...Dexter MO. Tellers make client approved withdrawals, print cashier's checks but fail to sign them when given to client. Client drive 3 hours each way to get said check bc they just moved here and this is the closest US BANK. Goes to use it and there's no signature. It's a valid check. NO signature. What do you do then? Drive 6 hours again so they can sign the check? No. This is your fault. You made the error, you solve it Amy. It is 2018! Why not just have the client send you a copy of the cashiers check with VOID written on it (as you know it is a good check because your inept teller wrote it) and wire the funds? Why not solve this creatively? If you think it is just as easy to tell someone else to drive 6 hours...do it yourself. We had a very unfriendly conversation ( I was unfriendly not Amy, but I am super irritated at this).

I used US Bank when I was a student at Kirkwood Community College, HUGE mistake! Then after I got married, husband and I tried one more time with US Bank (but we also have other account at Wells Fargo and USAA) and a year later we realized we just made ANOTHER HUGE MISTAKE by giving US Bank a second chance.
US Bank doesn't treat their customers/members fairly and nicely. Customer Service tend to be rude and wouldn't make an effort to solve a little more complicated problem.
Luckily, husband has been using Wells Fargo for over 10 years and Wells Fargo NEVER treat him the way US Bank did. Wells Fargo's customer service are excellent! They will DO THEIR BEST to solve a very complicated problem. They're NEVER rude to him. We are closing our US Bank account and will just stay with Wells Fargo and USAA.
