People from this store call and try to scam people who are verizon customers from other regions. They have the account pin sent to customers telling them they are verizon security and someone is trying to order new phones on their account. When they get the code, they have the ability to change your account details and use their store to fence fraudulently obtained merchandise at your expense. Scammers here.

What a bunch of liars these people are. My wife and I got new phones and one for her mother back in January 2024. The managers name was Richard and he told me it was only gonna increase our plan by about $20 a month to get the new phones ended up increasing it at $56 and I can’t get anywhere with Verizon. I purchased a screen protector and it cracked so I came in to get that replaced. They had no record of me purchasing it here it’s the only Verizon store in town, but I did purchase it here. They wanted $72 for a new screen protector are they out of their minds? I’ll never set foot in this place again.

I recently traded my old iphone for the new iphone 15, process went smoothly and the staff was friendly. I was planning a out of country trip and was guaranteed service within the country i was visiting. I cant reach out to the store and the staff is delaying any questions that was asked via text messages. Day by day it is costing me more money being a Verizon customer.
