completely ridiculous that I not only can't find anyone in the store willing to help find anything after all the remodel was completed but then they literally stand there and watch you scan everything since they don't believe in having cashiers anymore. then to top things off as if watching you scan and pay for everything you have to be stopped at the door and treated like a thief and have to have my cart checked and my items rescanned by a door greeter as if I was in a Sam's club. I don't pay for a membership for Walmart and there is absolutely no reason for them to treat customers as such. if they have a problem not being able to trust people with all these new self checkouts that's no one's problem but the company. if they have an issue with people not being trustworthy at self checkouts then how about we actually help the work force and give people jobs back and allow them to work as cashiers because in the grand scheme of things that worked way better than the new self checkouts that offer nothing but problems. not to mention they don't even recognize tap pay like everywhere else. all in all just a total horrible experience any time I go in there anymore. definitely finding a different place to shop and used my hard earned money at.

Our car blew a tire on the I-10 about 30 miles west of Dexter on our way from Phoenix to El Paso. It was late in the day, and my husband successfully changed the tire before AAA arrived. I figured the other tires weren't great either, and Jerry at AAA suggested we take the car to Walmart in Dexter, which was still open. We arrived at 7:30 and doubted that we could be serviced with four new tires before they closed at 8:00, and someone ahead of us was being serviced.However, Luis and his staff stayed and replaced all four tires quickly, and at a fair price. A big SHOUT OUT to Luis and the rest of the staff who could easily have told us to come back in the morning. You saved our weekend!! Walmart, I hope you treat and pay those guys well. We stopped by Walmart for some service from there auto department. Rob, Wade, and Dylan were fantastic. Hands down the best service shop I've been to with Walmart. Thank you so much for the iconic experience. Highly recommended for anyone that needs service.

Speed checkout took forever. Make sure that if a customer is using the speedy checkout, that they don't have more than 20 items. Enforce the rules you set.
