“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Review for CC Automotive
I went to CC Automotive this morning after being stressed out all week because a light was on in my vehicle. I truly thought it was going to be a costly repair. A young gentleman came out to take a look, and he immediately noticed that someone had simply pressed the menu button. The light was only showing the amps on my charging system—not indicating that anything needed to be repaired.
He could have easily scheduled an appointment and charged me, but instead he was honest, kind, and straightforward. I am so thankful and grateful for the care he showed me. Honestly, it’s a 10-star experience for me.

“I'm fairly new to the area and had a car break down on me over the weekend. I had to drop it somewhere and my neighbor recommended Nassar. I'm very glad he did! Even being swamped the first couple days of the week and me without an appointment, they worked me in for diagnostics. They EASILY could have done the repair and charged me for diagnostics and labor/materials. Instead, they called me and let me know what the problem was and that there was a factory recall for THAT specific part. They further went on to help me get it back on the road long enough to get it to the dealership to have the recall taken care of for free. All I owed them was a bit of diagnostic time. Fantastic, honest people who look out for their customers - that's who Nassar Tire is in my book. They have a new customer here!”

“I had hail damage to four of my vehicles and decided to take 3 of them here for the repairs regarding the insurance claims. There was a few extra items on each vehicle that I added to the work order and they were more than happy to add everything in and I of course took care of the difference in price. They gave me a really good and fair price and did a wonderful job. The even helped me with my deductibles. The only complaint that I did have is that they could have maybe cleaned the cars a little better than what they did. I will definitely be using them again in the future if the need ever came of about.”
“Alex and Landon are the BEST!!! I really appreciate how caring and understanding they were. I took my car to them because my oil light came on and I still had around 1400 miles until my next oil change. My car has never had the oil light come on before so I was more than concerned. My last service was done at Kia, well obviously I won't be going back there. They left my drain plug loose and Alex and Landon took the time to make sure my car was safe to go back on the road. They also documented what they found for me. I can't believe how nice Alex and Landon were,they really do care,Alex had to write everything by hand because the computer wouldn't accept the notes.Now that's customer service! These two are exactly what you want in employees.I get human error but I definitely won't go back to the dealership for an oil change, I'll leave it up to the pros "Alex and Landon!" I came in yesterday to have my emissions and vin verification done so I could license my car here, the young lady that was in the office was absolutely outstanding! We just had the best conversation while my car was in the bay, hands down I will be back for anything I may need on my car! Best customer service I’ve ever received! #doingthingsright!”
