“I am from **, while visiting relation in ********* ** mice decided they didnt like out of state visitors. They ate a fuel line, charcoal emissions canister, and chewed the wires off the high pressure solenoid. I had it towed to Bakers where they promised to work me into their busy schedule, they trouble shot what I already knew, ordered the parts and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. “There was problem at the DMV after I got my safety inspection and emissions done. They told me it wasn't in the GVIP system and I needed to go back where I got my services done. I told Ryan and he was on it everything got resolved very quickly and was able to go back up there with out waiting and get my plates and title transfer taken care of. “Alex and Landon are the BEST!!! I really appreciate how caring and understanding they were. I took my car to them because my oil light came on and I still had around 1400 miles until my next oil change. My car has never had the oil light come on before so I was more than concerned. My last service was done at Kia, well obviously I won't be going back there. They left my drain plug loose and Alex and Landon took the time to make sure my car was safe to go back on the road. They also documented what they found for me. I can't believe how nice Alex and Landon were,they really do care,Alex had to write everything by hand because the computer wouldn't accept the notes.Now that's customer service! These two are exactly what you want in employees.I get human error but I definitely won't go back to the dealership for an oil change, I'll leave it up to the pros "Alex and Landon!" “I'm fairly new to the area and had a car break down on me over the weekend. I had to drop it somewhere and my neighbor recommended Nassar. I'm very glad he did! Even being swamped the first couple days of the week and me without an appointment, they worked me in for diagnostics. They EASILY could have done the repair and charged me for diagnostics and labor/materials. Instead, they called me and let me know what the problem was and that there was a factory recall for THAT specific part. They further went on to help me get it back on the road long enough to get it to the dealership to have the recall taken care of for free. All I owed them was a bit of diagnostic time. Fantastic, honest people who look out for their customers - that's who Nassar Tire is in my book. They have a new customer here!”
“Fixed a problem created by a previously reviewed business.Apparently the problem with my car was incompetent employees not the fact that my car was old- go figure.Very responsive, polite and honest and fixed an additional issue not noticed or cared about by the other place.Great value and everyone who came in was treated with respect while I was waiting.Will definitely be back.”

“They were extremely helpful and I really appreciated the attention to detail and they also did not try to have me pay for things that I didn't need done to my vehicle just so that they could get more money from me and into their pockets. They told me exactly what I needed to have done and what they felt should be done to my car but not necessarily right now or in a month but instead they told me that it could wait for another 2-3 months but should be done after that...I also liked that they didn't pressure me to buy the top priced product they had and instead offered me a lower priced part that they said the quality was just as good for less money. I have told at least 3 people to take their vehicles to them from now on instead of the larger mechanic companies who will just charge them because they can and not because you need the part necessarily. I will continue to refer people there who I know want honesty and trustworthy people to work on their vehicles from now on!! Thank You SO much for everything you have done to help me get my car running and road capable”
