Called up here about forwarding my mail after a quick move and forgot to put that card in. She helped me out with everything and even said they can empty my mailbox and forward my mail to me. The most helpful employee I’ve ever dealt with at USPS. Keep Ivonne on board she’s a great helper ☺️

They were supposed to deliver an Amazon package. They lied and said my mailbox was full when it was empty. The package was not delivered to me. This happens frequently.

They said they tried to deliver packages but never even attempted.
