Went in on 4/23 a little after 5. I wanted to load money on my green dot card. The lady told me that they don't do them anymore cause they have a new system now!!!!! I told her yeah you still can do them you just don't scan the card it's now on the register. Then she said rudely no we don't do them anymore like I said so do I need to get my Manger to tell you and storms outside cause I guess the other work was outside. I got pissed with this rude lady and said screw it. So I decided to call all Joplins, Carthage, Webb City, and Neoshos dollar general and they all do load money on the green dot card even with the new system. Also I've talked to a few other managers of dollar general and they told me to report her to Erica. I will next time or I'll go to cooperate. This lady needs to learn you don't treat people that way. Don't think I'll ever be back to this location and I'll stay to the one in Webb City. The Manger is sweet and so are all the employees.

There is a woman that's name is Danielle? Her name tag says it anyway but she is AWESOME!!She goes above and beyond for customer service and she deserves a raise FR!! She such a nice sweet person no matter the problem in the store (and trust me, there is CRAZY PROBLEMS in that store!!) But she is what others should look up to as for customer service bc she does it ALL and does it RIGHT!!!♥️

So I went into the store today to purchase a few items. At checkout time I wanted to use my DG cash from my app... Well the guy that was working didn't know what to do so he went and got Tina!! Need less to say, she made me feel like I stole the cash that I earned on my DG app... I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but she had a nasty attitude...

Staff is rude and not helpful.I come to this one, as it’s close to my job, but I hate coming here.No one ever says anything to you, even the cashier.Terrible customer service.I’ll probably start going somewhere else.

I changed my rating due to the fact that I bought some things other day that were 75% off and they charged me half price! .... And full price on other things that was half off I bought fever medicine for one of my children and it was supposed to be half off and it was full price when I paid for it.... Not one of digital coupons either!!!! It was marked half off and shovel and rakes have 75% off on sign next to cashier and plus me and my child had to pick up all the things that was outside because the wind was blowing them everywhere and when I am informed them bout this they said who cares
