I had books arrive from Dolly Parton's imagination library and they bent them to fit them in the box. Anytime I have a package say fragile the slam it down on the counter. I’ve had multiple package get sent back or mail returned. I get mail for a person that doesn’t live in my house and I’ve lived there three years.

I try not to ship packages there whenever possible as instead of putting it in a box for me they will keep it at the desk so I have to come in on my lunch break to pick them up.
