“VERY helpful. The online check in for pickup/drop off was good. It was nice to pickup/drop off after hours. Count on about 1/2 hour for check in if U-Haul online. Much faster in person. U-Haul was very difficult to reach (1hr both times), but Traci/Ms Kitty was super helpful and went above and beyond. She even sent extra emails with specific information. We ended up using them 2 weekends in a row. Good to see a great local business!”
