I had the BEST customer service from Ruth on 01/19/2024. Our trash pick up was missed on 01/18/2024. She promised AND delivered that it would be picked up on the 19th. She was a delight to work with. My experience with her was the highlight of my day! This type of customer service is why I will continue to do business with Aspen. Thank you Ruth :)

I cancelled my recycle service 6 weeks ago and asked to have my recycle bin picked up. This week I called every day to have it picked up. It’s always the same response. “I’m sorry sir, we will definitely pick it up today.” It’s still sitting there. If you want good customer service, don’t pick Aspen.

We've been a longtime loyal customer of Aspen waste for years. We loved them! Trash is always picked up when it's supposed to and our driver is wonderful!!!Recycling is another story. I have a hard time paying double of their local competitor and receive less services.Our recycling used to be every week, then it went to every other week. Now they hardly pick it up. I've gone a month almost 2 now, without a recycling pickup. I literally just watched the driver pass our house and not pick up the recycling, so then I had to call. In which the lady stated it was my off week for pickup. She was VERY rude. Figured okay maybe it was my mistake, nope had it out there the following week and no pick up again. I know put it out there incase I have my week wrong but that doesn’t make a difference. Others in my neighborhood have had the same issue. You then call, they say they are sending a truck back out and they don’t. Super frustrating when you’ve had an overflowing recycling can for months.They also "upgraded" the trash trucks and they are so loud at 5am. We also received a letter a few weeks ago, stating they will start charging $3.50 extra for every bag not in the trash can. This letter was sent out a couple weeks after we paid our bill. What a joke!!! We have now cancelled our service with them. I'm not kidding when I say we will now be paying HALF the price.Shop elsewher, sadly this company isn’t what it used to be.

I would just like to thank the last person that took my call at Aspen Waste typically they have been nice and understanding of situations, however, the tone from the agent that was not on the kind or understanding side and apparently a new pickup schedule along with apparent price hikes has made leaving your company very easy. Thank you for making the decision easy.

Longtime customer. Paid my quarterly bill in November which covers now through the end of January. Then received a letter just one week later severely restricting how much extra trash I can put out. Found a better deal but they won't refund any of what I just paid. Crafty and dirty. They know why they timed it this way and many others are doing the same.

super impressed with this company. not only do they work with you but they also have great employees. shout out to paul who went out of his way to come back to my house and get my trash when i didnt put mine out. took the time to discuss why i didnt and everything and without question he backed up, took my trash and gave not a single ounce of annoyance to me about it. it was 100000% his idea. i was extremely appreciative because my infant daughter was upset i even went out my front door and was visibly upset. paul respeced that and went above and beyond. thanks so much paul! much appreciated.

I had paid my bill, I don't have that much garbage out anyway but they charge even for not having my can out. They took my trash receptacle and the woman sent me a very strange E-mail asking me if I needed it back. I called several times and now they are telling me that I can just put trash bags out if I don't get a container.Service: Yard debris removal

We have been using their commercial service for a few years. They come when expected and do a good job. Their customer service has always been polite and helpful.
