“I needed a new office 'task' chair because the previous chair was an 'executive' style which left me in too steep a recline. My back was uncomfortable and my work was suffering. I have known Larry Singer for some time and made an appointment to see him for his suggestions. He demonstrated several types but recommended one in particular which would support my lower back while not interfering with my desktop work. I picked up the chair and brought it home, assembled it (very easy) and sat down. Made a few adjustments for height and armrests, and the chair is the one I should have had all along. You will find Larry and his wife very knowledgable and their selection is top notch.”

“I've purchased a half dozen "intensive use" chairs and worn each out after 3-5 years max. This one (3150hr) seems better built than any of them. The red fabric..has a really high-end look and almost glowing?? effect to it. Reasonably fast ship...and great communication about order status. It was super easy to assemble, but required wrench to attach seat back to seat and that step wasn't in the instructions for some reason...maybe the way mine was shipped in two pieces isn't always the way it comes. It was very stiff at first, which is a good sign it won't break down quickly...and within about a week it was already quite comfortable. It has just enough adjustments to be a fully ergonomic office chair. I'm 6'3", 260lbs and it fits me very well. I had ordered rollerblade style casters on amazon...but the casters it comes with were actually way better on carpet despite looking like old school casters. I highly recommend the chair...it's expensive, several hundred more than the chairs I purchased previously, but I don't think I'll have to replace this one in my life time, certainly not in just a couple of years.”

“This is a life saver for my back trouble. I went to the store 4 times until I was sure which chair would work best with my specific needs of both sitting up straight for meditation and being fully reclined in zero gravity. Tara and Lisa were wonderfully resourceful with helping me brainstorm to reach the right decision. My experience was so positive also because they were personable and generous with their time. When you are struggling with a physical challenge this kind of shopping experience makes all the difference. Buying such an individually tailored product online would have ended up in something like too short of a backrest, or a seat without sufficient cushioning or not enough support. The possibilities are almost endless. So I am glad I took my time and patiently returned to the store to compare models and sit in the close contenders long enough to be able to choose the winner.”

“A couple years ago we had a house built. I had some issues with the cabinets that the builder was will to do anything about because it was past our warranty. When I got in contact with Clay he told me he’d come to my house and take a look. And he did! But not only that. He also went above and beyond what he was required to do. He could of just told me the same thing the builder did. But this comes through, looks me right in the eyes, shakes my hand and starts to problem solve. The way he handled the situation reminds of how businesses to be. When companies treated you like you were a person. When businesses stood behind there product. When they treated people like their patronage mattered. Old fashioned good customer service. Reminds me of the old days.I just can’t believe it. They took care of me and they didn’t have to. Good company from my experience.”

“A few years ago I bought a HON office chair at a charity auction. It really exceeded my expectations for comfort, it is well built and of high caliber materials. and the many features with the chair were wonderful...sadly part of it broke. I googled dealers who sold HON and found CI Select. Since the chair was bought new, but at a charity auction, I didn't expect a warranty and was only looking for someone who could possibly fix it or at least provide parts. The lady who answered the phone was incredible, she was polite and had fantastic product knowledge, after a question and answer session she had me send pictures of the chair and the code sheet on the bottom of the the chair. To make a long story a little shorter, she called me back the next day and apologized that the the part that was broken could not be repaired and that I would have to replace the chair... That was my worst concern as I really liked this chair, I spend a lot of time attached to it.Then she told me the chair was still under warranty and that she could replace it for me, I had to choose a slightly different color on the back because the exact match was not available, (but the choices were plentiful and I found one that was very close).I picked up the new chair yesterday and I'm sitting in it as I type and it is as comfortable and supportive as the other one I highly recommend CI Select, they are friendly, professional, prompt and their product knowledge is top notch. I have recommended them to a few people already and for anyone reading this, I am not easy to please and have high expectations of the people I do business with. Also this is my first HON product but there will be more. 5 stars for both company and product.”

“I ordered a new sublimation printer from Coastal Business and noticed while unpacking that one of the connections moved freely inside the machine. When I contacted support about how to proceed when it seemed there was damage to the machine, their response was simply that they consider that "normal." The box they sent had been opened and taped shut again with additional supplies that came with the order inside which used up the space that is supposed to act as a buffer while it is transported. Honestly I would not have ordered from them if I had known that was how they would be packing it, and they gave no indication they would help if I ran into any issues with the machine. I was able to confirm with the company that makes the printer that they see that the issue I found they see frequently and they consider it to be a design flaw. If there is an issue with the function I will be able to follow up with them. I would have given 5 stars, but I was not impressed with how Coastal Business handled my concern.”
