Bob the PODS guy was awesome! He dropped our POD off on time and worked with us on the optimal placement. He gave us a whole tutorial on how to use the POD. He was quite professional. I would also like to give a shout out to Mo, who picked our POD up. He did some impressive (yet safe!) driving to get the POD under the truck.

Billy was very respectful. He gave us a call ahead to let us know he was on his way He asked if I wanted to watch how they lowered the pod and put it in place. He then gave me some tips on how to pack it.An overall good experience.
