Walgreens on Manchester in Des Pere.
The store hours states on the window opens at 7am. There are 5 cars waiting in the parking lot and going up to the door it is now 7:20 and it is still not opened .
This isn’t how you run a business.

I wanted to share with you that the Walgreens specialty store on South Hampton (MEDICAL CLINIC). This location should be your prize winning location as far as service, friendly ness and all around great people. This store is AMAZING.

Was needing to get my kids passport pictures takes……short older women assisted me today. First she took a picture of my son and then Daughter’s picture. When she downloaded the picture she viewed and fixed my sons for a passport. She then pulled up my daughters. She took two pictures of both children but decided to use the second picture of my daughter which had her eyes half closed. I asked the lady if she could use the other picture since her eyes are almost close and the lady said she couldn’t because both ears weren’t showing. I then proceeded to ask to take a different picture because my paying for the picture and didn’t want my daughter to have a passport for 10 years with her eyes half opened. The older employee lady moaned and gave me a big sigh. I told her i didn’t appreciate the attitude she was giving me since I was paying for the pictures. She then apologized for her actions and proceeded with new photos. After passport photos were edited and needed to be processed she then told me it would take her about 2-4 minutes to have ready. While the older lady was processing my photos and skinny younger employee lady came up to her and said (in a so call quiet tone)”girl you have more patience with her than I do…...I would have told her to wait the full hour before giving me my photos”. I then informed the employees that I can hear every single word they were saying and then asked for the manager. The manager gets paged over head a small time after. The manger come up to the photo counter and I explained everything and then I even heard what the ladies were discussing and quoted it back to them and the skinny employee lady started mouth that they process photos in a hours time. Manger had to tell that employee to go back to work and seemed annoyed by her as so was I. My son and daughter who were still in store watch this all go down stats that after the skinny employee lady was told to go back to work she walk away smacking her butt and mouthed kiss it. What is happening here. I couldn’t wait to get out of the store.
This all happened at the Walgreen’s at Hwy N and Hwy Z on July 24nd around 10am

Called store for pricing , I was given the price I asked if there was a coupon was give a 10.00 lower price, as I found one lower yet, was told to come into store, I can not walk well said I can come thru drive thru was told ok I asked to give info on discount card was told to do it in drive thru it wouldn’t take very long I’ve been in line for 20 min and still not to window !!!!!! So much for not taking very long with gas at $3.29 still shutting car off and on and now there’s 9 cars in line and only 2 have left in 25 min 😡😡😡😡

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Walgreens Pharmacy in glen carbon Illinois tonight. The pharmacist on duty, Laura, was incredibly rude and made me feel judged and small during my visit. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, she talked down to me, which left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
I went to the pharmacy seeking assistance and guidance, but instead, I was met with condescension and hostility. Laura's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and understanding should be paramount.
This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will think twice before returning to this Walgreens location. I hope that management takes steps to address the behavior of their staff to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such treatment in the future

Items on shelf saying one price, get to counter another price, young lady go to check, a whole row of item listed at price. Manager called said sorry somebody put them in the wrong area. Whose fault was that?

Lake st Louis Walgreens needs to do better. All walgreens! If you are going to require appts to be made online for vaccinations then make it easier for the elderly. Have a computer they can use to make one. Not all elderly have smart phones, computers, or onow how to use one. When picking up my script today a older man came to the window for a flu shot. Chris behind the counter hollard do you have an appt? No replied the gentleman! Do you have a smart phone Chris asked? No replied back again by the gentleman! Then we cant help you. My heart sank! I will be elderly some day. I will need help someday. I will need guidance someday. I asked the gentleman to wait for me to check out and offered to help him. It took me maybe , maybe 5 min to help him schedule his flu appt online using my phone. I entered all if David E. info for him, used my email since he did not have one, and then wrote down on paper his confirmation for his appointment. 5 min!!! Thats it!! Do better Walgreens!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is helping those who can not help themselves. Do better!!! Provide a computer for them to use or ipad with only your web site. Or step around the darn counter give a human being 5 min of your time. If it was not for customers all that work there would nit have a job. We have other places to go. Cvs, Target, Walmart etc.. Just do better!!!!!!

a four-star because of Brennan in the pharmacy. I was on my last option of staying at Walgreens because I'm fed up with the lines and the people in the fast line when I pay for it and get an argument because they don't know about the app or what not so days and days and days later six days at the most my medication still processing so I go in person and the only reason why I get anything done is when Brennan is there, so if any of the managers see or read this which I hope you all do he needs a raise and he needs a promotion

I apprantly should have looked at the other reviews before visiting. The service is horrible. The rewards program is a scam. The staff are rude and don't honor the coupons issued and presented by customers. Choose other options. The Hazelwood location needs an overhaul & new staff with proper training.

On June 30th Went into Walgreens on 5th street in St Charles, MO. After walking around the store for 15 minutes hoping to find a seasonal section that had Fourth of July novelty items and door Decour I had no success. I asked the employee and she responded “no we don’t have any we didn’t get too many Fourth of July items” However as soon as you walk into the Walgreens store 5th Street the first thing you see is a big front desk lady of Pride items. Not that I have anything against pride but let’s be real you should have items for all of your customers and shame on you for having pride items front and center and not 4th of July items. You live and get rich in this country the least you can do is have some respect. I feel offended and I will seek to find another pharmacy the better since my niece shame on you Walgreens!

The Florissant Vaile pharmacy location is absolutely horrible! The drive thru is open when they feel like it. If you go inside, be prepared to wait in line forever. I understand the staffing crisis, but not the lack of education on customer service. If you are going to hire off the street, at-least TRAIN THEM appropriately. I called today to request medications, and asked for a specific time for pick-up. I was told after 5:30pm. I arrived at 6 pm. Only ONE RX was ready, and the pharmacist Lauren Y. , very RUDELY decided to fill them as if I were getting on her nerves. It’s so sad that I now have to transfer my scripts to a pharmacy out of the area, just to receive the customer service that I deserve.

I’m very upset that I regularly have an issue gettin Lantus insulin in a timely manner. I order a refill and 50% of the time the pharmacy it is not available “due to corporate policy”. Such a battle to get a very needed medication. Yesterday I was told I could pick it up “in another “city “.after I had received a text, it would be ready at 1 PM. Why?
