Cedar Creek Beef Jerky is a small U.S.D.A inspected facility. Their beef jerky is made one piece at a time from whole muscle beef, cooked in a homemade oven, and packaged in a 4 oz bag. It is a great tasting snack made by people, not machines. Reviewers call it the best beef jerky they've ever had, with great flavor, simple ingredients, and excellent pricing. It is well-trimmed, thin sliced, and not too spicy or salty. It is actual dried beef, described as chewy like homemade jerky should be. Fans wish it was sold in more places and buy multiple bags whenever they find it.

I have been a fan of No Man's Land beef jerky for some time. I have found a new favorite with Cedar Creek. Plus, I am proud to be able to support a company in my home state of Missouri. I just bought a pound of Cedar Creek jerky to share with my coworkers.
