My son bought a boat from them, it was dark when the guy finally was able to meet him so he could see it. He told me on the phone when my son called me to talk about it, he said the engine was good and the add says water ready. When my son got home 5hrs later from having 2 tires blow out on the trailer. I went to look at it with him and the hull has long crack in the bottom that was leaking water out from inside the boat ( i have photos) and the engine block is cracked. Talked to whoever was running the place and he had the attitude and said you paid for what the trailer was worth. Asked him if he would just take thing back and return the $ and we would just say we couldn't make a deal workout. That way he didn't loose and it only cost us 8hrs of drive time and the cost of 2 tires. He would only offered give 250. Refund for tires. I asked again to just take it back and be done but he was not going to do that. So now here we are with a boat that needs more work than its worth or pay someone to take it as junk, the trailer he said was worth so much has no brakes, the bunks are falling off it wears severely on the edge of the tires, its not able to make a 2hr trip without blowing a tire. If anyone thinks any of this is made up. I have pics of everything I've stated, the fools own a car lot and gave us open titles so I guess the next thing will be is to contact the Jefferson city dealers license office and explain the ordeal and see what they will do... anyone want to buy a junk boat,trailer that is still titled in their name? Oh its probably illegal to sell it that way. Dont advise dealing with the place. He could of just did the right thing took the junk back and be done but its the choice he made. He definitely knew what he was doing, gives salesman a bad name. Here one pic of the bottom of boat under a board so my son wouldn't see it in the dark.

Great experience! These people are incredible! If there is an issue the owner goes above and beyond to make it right. They do things for customers no other used car dealership would do to make things right. I bought a used car from here a while back had a great experience with the staff have drove the car thousands and thousands of miles with zero issues. I liked this place so much and got such a good car I went back a year later and bought my truck. The truck has been great no problems I love it. You won't find better customer service at a used car lot. Just remember you're buying a used car not a brand new one.

Bought a car from here not too long ago. Would never ever recommend. Their “quailty inspection” is a lie. The car had all kinds of problems. Not to mention the trans went out only 2 weeks after. Would never buy from these 2nd hand Dealers. Stick to Regular car Dealerships or Facebook Marketplace. These places tend to be money hungry. Stay far away.

Great experience and staff. The sales manger was super cool and the owners worked with me to buy the truck even though they were out of town for the day. They did my inspection and gave me my temp tags all at once with no issues. Simple and easy process compared to other places I have previously been to.

Frist time we been here was looking for something older lage.van found it here. We made deal and went to title time they misplaced it.. they went over and Beyond to make this right Apply for new title and even towed van to us from a far distance to make sure it went ok. Very nice people true waiting on title as of now but they both get a a+ from us thank you guys for making it right I will will be back for more service u offer in the future ? ?

Bought a truck from them and it had a problem a month later. Took it back twice to have the problem fixed and it had the same problem after 2 weeks like they just put a bandage on it. Never buy from them or take your vehicle to have it fixed

My wife (disabled veteran)bought a truck from here and they told her it had air conditioning and 4 wheel drive, finding out later neither of them worked we went back and they promised they would fix it. They had the truck for over a month and didn't fix anything. They screwed over a disabled veteran and now she is stuck with a $6,500 truck without air or 4*4.
