Worst company to deal with!!! They ran us out of propane last year 2023 three times, which resulted in freezing up our home!!! They made promises it would never happened again, here we sit January of 2024 and have called four times to get my tank refilled and still have not got it done!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I’m currently looking to switching!!

One star is too high of a rating for this company. Why this company is still in business is a mystery to me. I am a former customer trying to get a situation resolved and considering legal action. My research finds they have an "F" BBB rating.

We have got nothing but wrong information from everyone we have talked to I don't think there is a home office We have only ordered from them twice and the first time we ran out of gas waiting for them over 14 days. Then we prepaid them 700 dollars and after 8 days I called and called the dri er and the supervisor at eldon came out screaming in my face because it was estimated by his company that we had 7 percent (we are at 16) he slammed out tank and came to my door yelling at me that I'm a lier and then he left without giving us gas sI'm

I requested Pinnacle remove their tank from my property in November 2020. I am still waiting. After multiple phone calls and emails with no response, I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau. That was 2 weeks ago, and as of today they haven't reply to the BBB. Next step is to contact the news media. I work in customer service and this is the worst I have ever seen.

We have been waiting for a delivery of gas in sub freezing weather for four days. They are supposed to automatically top off the tank, but they have let it run out. They refuse to tell me when I might expect them. With a 95 year old in the household, this is unbelievable. I have stressed our need to the main office and they won't even make a second contact to the local office, so I'm going over there. I have used LP in other locales and never have I had to wait even two days for an emergency delivery.

I’m a new customer with pinnacle. I’ve been trying to get propane for almost a month now. I’m officially completely out of propane. I had to winterize my house because I have no heat source. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They keep telling me someone is going to call me and no one ever does.

pinnacle propane doesn't repair leaks on the tanks they own, costing me alot of money. The serviceman has been out twice to fix leaks and they still leak , he is not helpful or respectful . I have three tanks, and all three leak, I will change companies and I will promote my customers to do the same. I have first hand experience with propane and leaks, I am a HVAC contractor.

I've been with the previous gas company (purchased by pinnacle) for a very long time and out of the blue, I received a letter saying a new company (pinnacle) was taking over. That was it. Nothing more and in over four months, never heard any more. I was on an auto fill program with the “old†company and never needed to worry about checking my tank often to see if it was filled. Then today of course, I ran out of gas in my propane tank and it was below freezing outside. I call the “old†gas company's number and a recording came on that they're closed for the evening. Fortunately the recording also listed a contact number for emergencies.

Fortunately the recording also listed a contact number for emergencies. I called the number and a very friendly voice picked up. Without hesitation, he turned his truck around (on his way home from work) and proceeded to my home to get my tank filled. No questions asked, he was there within the hour. Hank is by far, the most courteous, most dependable employee a business could ever want. I don't know if his supervisor or boss will ever read this but I want to thank you for having him on your staff. I have four small children at home and it can be nerve wrecking to allow various people in and out of our home for any reason. Hank made me feel at ease. I must say, I wasn't thrilled with the transition between Amerigas and Pinnacle but if Hank is any reflection of how Pinnacle runs their business, I'll be a customer for life.

I called to have my propane tank refilled. The person who answered was very pleasant and very courteous. The driver came a couple of days later and filled the tank and gave me a very nice explanation of how much they fill the tanks and was just really nice.
