Did not inform my elderly parents of the $23 monthly fees they “had” to add to the bill. When confronted, response was “You can take those off in the app.”
Hard to take things off they don’t know you added.
This is why it’s better to buy online.

Greg is absolutely AMAZING!! We could not access our iPhone for over a month and could not find help. He helped us after hours which is truly going above and beyond. We appreciated it SO very much!! Give this man a raise!!
