They really helped me out in a bind. Communication problems were on my end and were resolved. They offered an option to a difficult problem which I took them up on. Very friendly!!!!

After having an issue when filling my wife's car at the gas station down the street, we pulled into Beyer because the check engine light had come on and the engine was sputtering. Even though they were totally backed up (lot was completely full as well) they helped us out right there and put the scanner on our car (in the rain). We were just getting ready to head back to St Louis and were going to be almost stranded. The scan came back inconclusive (indicating a computer issue), so he reset the light and sent us on our way. Refused payment, too. Nice people, honest. If I'm ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there.

My family and I are so very thankful for the incredibly kind and helpful employees of Beyer Auto Services. We were on our way home to St. Louis, when my landrover decided the premium gasoline i had just fueled up with wasnt acceptable. My vehicle had been running beautifully previous to refueling and i was a nervous wreck with no idea what the hell was going on with my now sputtering and check engine light flashing ride. We called the shop before arriving and they let us know they were very busy, but when we arrived one of the mechanics made the time to connect my vehicle to the diagnostic computer and set our minds at ease that the issue seemed to be minor. The mechanic took time out of his busy schedule to help us out of the kindness of his heart. I cannot express how much i appreciate the gentlemen at this shop, and if i didnt live 3 hours away I'd take all our vehicle issues to them. They are just so knowledgeable, yet understanding and kind. We were able to all return home safely thanks to them! You guys are the best!
