Eldon Inn Motel is a small, basic roadside accommodation that offers affordable and convenient lodging in Eldon, near the Lake area. The rooms are small and outdated, with some wear and tear on the carpet, walls, and furniture. The motel is not fancy, but it provides the essentials for a short stay. The rooms are drive-up, making it easy to park close to the door, and are generally clean, although floors may not be well cleaned, so guests are advised to bring their own toiletries and cleaning supplies. The rooms are very small and not handicap friendly, with limited space to move around, especially in the bathroom, which is cramped and poorly designed, with a door that opens inward and a toilet positioned close to the wall. The heat may not work well, taking hours to warm up, and some amenities like the faucet in the tub may be faulty, with hot and cold water reversed. Walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard, and there is no hall access for ice, which is available next to the office. The beds are somewhat comfortable, but pillows are often flat, so bringing personal pillows is recommended. The motel is dog-friendly and located near downtown and a gas station, with a nearby snow cone place in walking distance. While some guests find the price reasonable for what is offered, others feel it is slightly overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Overall, Eldon Inn Motel is a basic, budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a simple place to stay, with minimal amenities but good proximity to local activities and essentials.
I have no complaints. Room had everything and was nice. Refrigerator needs a new seal on door for energy savings. Room 117.

orange stains on the bed, along with hair, wallpaper was chipping, went to go ask for extra sheets and washcloths. (only one washcloth per room) man at the front desk was very rude.
