I recently bought a Ford Explorer from Brandon. The process was easy and fast. The car needed the struts replaced and Brandon had no problem doing it. Excellent dealership, reasonable prices!

I contacted the salesperson on a tuesday committing to look at a vehicle they listed and an immediate dialogue back and forth was had. The truck wouldnt be available until thursday, i stayed in contact twice a day to show my commitment level. They contacted me Thursday morning and said someone else called wednesday that was going to buy it. I called them to go over our timeline from tuesday. They said, ok come in and buy the vehicle. They then called me back within an hour and said, nevermind we sold the vehicle. There was no confusion on my commitment, communication or timeline. The whole reason the truck wasnt going to be available until thursday is a whole other questionable business practice. If business is handled this way, it raises concern on anything they say or do.
