PLEASE READ IN FULL:Yes, I have been calling and can't leave a message because mailbox was always full, or no one answers the phone. Well I finally got a person named Jennifer and we were to meet around 5:15pm to check out the units and she said she would meet me and I waited until 6pm on Jan. 30, 2023 at the gate and I was already uneasy at the fact that this storage facility is gated and the gate was completely open, so anyone could have entered and so i did thinking she might have been sitting where-ever the unit was, but found no one there, so I drove back out the gate and sat and waited for 45 minutes and she was a no show, all the while the gate was still open the whole time, so I went to the other facility they have to see if she was there and no one was there either and much to my surprise, the gate was open at that facility also. Now if I'm going to rent a unit, which I was and was going to rent a climate control and a non-climate control unit, I sure wouldn't want the gates open where my belongings are stored, that is why you pay more money for the security, gated entrance and to know your stuff is very safe and you have to have code to get in. But obviously thats not case, so I decided if they can't even answer your calls or show up to show you the units once you do get ahold of them and the gates are really not gated, what is the use and if I have this much problem in the beginning, how is it gonna be when I need to pay the Bill every month???? So I'm going to not rent 2 units here, because I can't trust them to make sure gate works and my stuff is safe.SO CONSUMER BEWARE - IF YOUR LOOKING TO RENT FROM THIS STORAGE COMPANY!

This is a great place to rent. Very nice and clean units. I don’t worry about theft because the units are in a gated area with surveillance cameras in operation. The owners are very nice people as well and very helpful. I rent three units from them and have done so for more than a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about Grand Avenue Storage

Rented a unit for 4 months and moved out in November payed $45 deposit ,I have tried for a month and a half to contact them left messages and never got back to me!! I and they don't return your calls!! I do not recommend

Clean, dry storage unit. Grass is always mowed when I come, clean yard. Secure with fence and security cameras.
