Called and left a VM a few weeks back and never heard back. Put in a service request on Yelp and heard back from 4 of 5 companies it went to.. the person it was directed at didn't respond even though I offered to drive out to him. Oh well..

Shane came out today to do some PDR work on my E36 BMW. I really liked his work ethic and his kindness. I was recommended to him by a friend, now I see why. He is the real deal. I will have him again in future for any PDR work. There is a lot of dent repair technicians out there, but Shane is the one to have.

I am extremely impressed with the results achieved by Shane on my Porsche. I had a few minor door dings and one that was deeper and more challenging. He took his time and is very detailed; I can’t tell there were ever any dents. He is very kind and professional. I would highly recommend him !

During the holidays I went to dinner and came out to a massive dent in my rear left door. Clearly someone had kicked my car which I had carefully parked in an end spot to avoid door dings. For 4 months I drove around with this problem until I finally found Allout Dent Repair and Shane who very quickly responded to my inquiry and said he believed he would be able to fix my door. A few days later, Shane arrived and spent a few hours working on my baby. In the end, he completely removed the large and small dings all over my door. Thank you Shane for the incredible job, I am so happy my car is back to normal. Shane was also very informative and explained the technique and process behind what he was doing so I felt completely confident that the process was safe for my car. I would highly recommend Allout Dent Repair to any of my friends and family.

Exceeded my expectation. Shane does know how to take care of complex body line dents and he does take his time, which I am glad he does rather than rushing it, to do it right the first time. Highly recommend.

Allout dent does the best dent removal work! I accidentally backed my Tesla into a concrete pillar and caused a massive dent. I took it to the body shop and they quoted me over $5k!!! I was really bummed because my car was less than 3 months old. I then made the mistake of hiring another dent removal service that didn't do the best job. Thankfully a relative recommended allout dent and he did an incredible job, I was extremely happy when he showed me the finished product. If you are on the fence definitely work with allout dent he's a master at dent removal! I will 100% vouch for his work my car looks perfect again.

Ok, lets get this company another 5 star review. Shane came out this am and did two cars for me. My 2022 Etron Chronos that had a nice sized dent in it, from a surfboard tie down, and another two dings in a 997 GT3RS. Amazing work and dedicated to his craft. He's my new PDR doctor. Have to make a mention of anyone giving this company a 1 star review due to the fact that he didn't answer his phone or email or whatever the case is. It took me a minute, to get in touch with him also. I wasn't worried as he came highly recommended by one of the best body Shops in So Cal, C&C Collision. Before you folks get your undies in a bunch, put yourself in his shoes. He's super busy, massaging those body panels. Would you like him to be constantly interrupted while he was working on your car? I'd want my PDR tech to be totally focused on the job at hand. So let me wait a few days and when you arrive give me your undivided attention. That's worth its' weight in gold. Be patient and you'll be rewarded.

i had been looking a guy i can trust to roll my cars fenders so after 20 days and 30 friends i found Shane. he came all the way to Westlake village and very friendly clean beautiful car did an amazing job amazing value no problems he has a client for life. If you are looking for a dent to be removed or fender to be rolled stop! and call Shane! you will never regret i very highly recommend Alloutdent to everyone.
