Bathroom really smelled terrible. Like worse than a kennel. Pool was nice. Food was pretty good.

Just purchased a Cobalt R8 from Jared at Village Marina and he was excellent to deal with. Very responsive, fair pricing and very good customer service!

Do not take your boat here!! I was told a price then the following week was told it would be double. I asked why it doubled then I was screamed at saying they just will not work on it! I hadnt even dropped the boat off to get worked on and was screamed at. Guess they do not need the business. Guy was extremely rude, talks to you like you do not matter, talks on speaker phone where it is hard to hear him. Plenty of other marinas that enjoy the business...... NOT THIS ONE!!!

I’m staying here at Village Marina while my boat engines/drives gets serviced. Randy in Service Department is exceptional with many years of experience. During my stay I was able to enjoy the lively pool and The Boat House restaurant (poolside), Annie and Riley are also exceptional staff and the simple menu/food is excellent. I will stay here again….soon.

Based on our experience ,this provider is hard to trust. We called them today and asked for a jetski. They say they have one and when we arrived few minutes later they already sold it, despite the fact that we told them that we are on our way there. The only solution that they offered was to come back 2hr later. What a disappointment.

We have frequented Village Marina many times over the years. It has been a delight to see how creative they are season after season to make my experience at the lake more enjoyable. We love the Brick Boat House - very tasty food, usually live music and a fantastic pool that adults and kids can enjoy together. We also purchased a boat from them several years ago. Great service even after the sale. Highly recommend Village Marina!

I feel pretty let down with this group. I will say when we were interested in buying we received top notch service. Helpful, did get us a good deal, they were willing to keep boat on their trailer untill weather was good enough to drive, and was friendly to us, that is the reason for two stars instead of one. After the sales process, is where their customer service deteriorated and was non existent. The service dept was hired for winterizing and when I scheduled pickup of the boat they wanted another 500$ for summarizing the boat. I have had numerous boats winterized and never heard of summarizing. I asked why it wasn’t ready to go after winterized they said that’s not how it works. I told them I would do it myself. It took me unknowing of what to do and it only took 25 minutes to complete which is a lot of money per hour to hire them to do it.Besides that I set up an appointment to pick it up and the sales guy couldn’t be bothered to show up to the appointment. When I asked the service team to show me the functions of the boat they just brushed me off and said we’ll You should of paid to summarize the boat. I guess I’m old fashioned and would like continued service after buying such an expensive boat, I just wanted a quick review of the functions and some details about Ian’s that would have been nice. I will not do any business with any of their business’s and will never recommend anyone to utilize their establishments and this story will be told to numerous people at the lake to avoid them and their service/sales team.

I'll say the sales process was ok and fairly smooth. But all went downhill after that. 60 days still no title for trailer, coast guard paperwork was late therefor I had a penalty to pay and the trim pump was out on one engine which is $1800.00 to fix.The brand new custom trailer had wiring issues that cost me $80 to fix, the triple axle trailer axles were so out of whack a 300 mile drive home destroyed a brand new tire, $260 for a new tire and $700 for the axles to be aligned. Subsequent calls and emails have been ignored. No follow up, Terrible customer service, I will not recommend this group. It's all about the quick sale to them and not keeping the long term customer. Terrible! If anything changes I'll update my review.

I did a dumb thing and hydro locked my motor then proceeded to burn up the started on a 2019 R7. Called Kirk and Mike for help and they got me hooked up with chad in service very quickly. George came to my dock and assessed the issue, pulled plugs and starter wouldn't turn over. Chad found me a starter in a few day and George cam back to the slip and changed it out in about 2 hours - nice guy, gave me a lot of knowledge incase it happens again - it will not - operator error - easy to fix that.. thank you George, Chad, Mike and Kirk..
