My review is based on prices are too high !! and that I'm not able to use my United HealthCare or Aetna INSURANCE CARD for my monthly food allowance as I am at Gerbs.

A horrible grocery store. Over priced garbage and some of the most unhappy employees I've witnessed. If a town is judged off its grocery stores eldon is in trouble.

Prices in general are higher than necessary. Since they reopened after being closed for a much longer period of time than any other place, even in areas hit harder by the offending tornado, I come out of the store with what I can only think of as "receipt shock" I have given it a few tries hoping prices would become more even with store competitors but I've been disappointed. I doubt Woods will be my 'go to" store for groceries in locally like it was before.

Appalled at the lack of care given to the customers. Twice this week, I've had my produce entered incorrectly. Paying almost triple the amount of the items. I called to speak with them about this but can never get anyone on the phone. This place has really gone downhill. Everything is extremely overpriced and has a horrible selection.

A rather pleasant job completely ruined by incompetent management. I admire corporate for hiring the mentally handicapped but make them work for you, not with you. I don't know if nepotism is at play here but Randy makes Carl from "Sling Blade" look like Nikola Tesla in comparison. We've lost too many competent workers because of him.

Management is very incompetent. Randy does not know what he is doing in regards to scheduling, hiring, and following/enforcing company policies. Bleak work environment and dwindling employee benefits make it a less than satisfactory place of employment. If you are seeking a job, I would recommend working for either Walmart or Gerb's.
