Whether it's something simple or something that requires real knowledge of the truck, he's going to have the answer. He gives it to you straight, which I really appreciate.
Nicholas Shanders in Service is exactly what you want in a service advisor. Transparent, helpful, and always gives you multiple options. He won't let a defective part slide and makes sure everything fits and works properly before calling it done. If that means getting you a loaner to keep you moving, he'll make it happen. That kind of commitment goes a long way.
And a huge thank you to Micah, the service tech who caught a coolant leak during a multi-point inspection that could have taken out a major component. He didn't brush it off. He flagged it, walked me through what was going on, and kept everything transparent while the truck was being worked on. That attention to detail potentially saved me from a very costly situation.
