“We had damage to the tailgate of our 2016 Tacoma pickup and brought it to Schaefer for an insurance estimate. We had previous experience with Schaefer on another vehicle and were very happy with the results, so we didn’t consider any other repair facility.
The process was very easy, and coordination with our insurance company went smoothly.
