I wasn't going to say anything but my wife went to the owner today and told him about it. What happened next was completely unexpected. Instead of defending himself or making any excuse, he offered her to take another box. I am impressed. I have more regards for this place than before. The owner ate the loss of one box but got a happy customer. Great job.”
