I just wanted to share that Jake is the supervisor and there was a misunderstanding where I drove almost 45 minutes to get a refund for my lock. However unfortunately he forgot to look up if I was an existing could only gives refunds to people that have existing accounts. I had been with the storage company for about 2 years,and moved my things out earlier this year. I bought a lock on the day of move out because we weren't sure that we would be able to move out of the items. Because we live an hour away, I hadn't been in the area.
I really pray that God would touch Jake's heart to refund me the $20 lot because I no longer needed and just as a Goodwill gesture since we did drive so far and was told that we would be able to get a refund.

Beware, it is a scam company. They have raised my rate without from $22/month to $42/month to $59/month without notice. This is a terribly scummy company, and you would be best to give your business elsewhere that doesn't use greedy tactics.

I came in to downsize my unit as I was moving out most of it. Matt was very helpful. He had arrived earlier than the posted open hours and let me in to wait until he had completed his opening procedures. He completed the transaction quickly and explained everything. There were several interruptions with phone calls or other customers and he was courteous to and patient with everyone. I was all set but when I tried to move things in the next day I realized I needed a larger unit. He was there the next morning (early again) and cheerfully helped me get a larger unit.

I have rented from these guys several times and it’s always been smooth and easy. They almost always have great deals going as well! The guy I talked to on the phone at the Fenton location was FANTASTIC and helped make everything easy!
