Signature members get top priority so don’t bother signing up if you aren’t at that level and place is too dirty for that price point.

Girl at the front was rude. Unbelievable my friend can’t use his guest pass for how much money he pays. I was looking forward to being a member. But not after that experience.

Decent LifeTime location but on the older side. Missing some key amenities that I am used to at other locations - no hydromassage beds, Normatec boots/arm wrap, cold plunge and jacuzzi in locker rooms which is why it’s only a 4/5.

Just having a building won't do it. Under trained staff, unprofessional services and not worth it for the price. They really don't know what they are doing other than taking advantage of people's hard-earned money. disappointed and not recommended if you are looking for professional services.

Have been here and other Lifetimes over the years. Clean facility, nice locker room… pickleball courts. Only negative for me is they close too early. Anyone who works late can’t fully enjoy and have to rush workouts. It used to be open longer pre-Covid, wish they would lengthen hours again.

In early 2023 I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Josh and I must say that it was truly an exceptional experience. Josh is a highly skilled professional who excels in providing personalized and therapeutic massages tailored to meet individual needs. LifeTime is lucky to have him!No matter what location or facility he is partnered with Josh's level of professionalism and attentiveness immediately puts me at ease, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy each session.Throughout the massage, Josh demonstrates a deep understanding of different massage techniques and applies them with precision and expertise. His firm yet gentle touch released tension from my muscles, relieving me of the built-up stress and knots that I often carrying in my body. What truly sets Josh apart is his ability to intuitively listen to his clients and customize the massage to address specific concerns. He took the time to understand my preferences, any areas of tension or discomfort, and focuses on those areas to provide targeted relief. His knowledge and expertise combined with his genuine care for his clients makes the experience truly remarkable. In addition to his technical proficiency, Josh displays excellent communication skills. He regularly checks in to ensure the pressure and technique used during the massage is suitable and adjusts accordingly. His friendly and professional demeanor made me feel respected and valued throughout the session.Overall, I cannot recommend Josh highly enough. his expertise, attention to detail, and ability to create a serene and comfortable environment makes my massage experience truly memorable. Whether you're seeking relaxation, stress relief, or therapeutic benefits, I am confident that Josh will provide an outstanding massage that meets and exceeds your expectations. I look forward to my next appointment and the opportunity to continue benefiting from his exceptional skills. Thank you Josh!!

I had an amazing massage from Josh Elgin yesterday. I have arthritis in my thumb which flares up from time to time, causes pain and limits the use of my hand. He specifically worked on my hand, arm, shoulders & neck, now it feels SO much better! No more pain and I have full use of my hand today! He is a VERY skilled therapist and I would recommend him to anyone!!!

I try and go to this place at least once a week to justify having the membership which is expensive even by my old price they keep for me. But it is so amazing with the saunas, steam rooms, Olympic size pools, and the hot tubs, oh the hot tubs that can hold 20 people a piece with waterfalls in em. And the gym is the size of a damn football field. And other day got pickelball lessons from an instructor which are included in my membership. Any day or time of the week I feel more accepted here and not judged, sorry planet fitness, you in second place here. But highly recommended. But only thing I’d change is the 90 year olds walking around the locker room with their cha Chas hanging out and the older retired people in general. I honestly feel like I’m at a retirement home during the day ? but hey good for them for exercising I guess! Recommended !

It's a good facility, and they keep it clean and maintained. That is to be expected for a more expensive health club. However, they are changing memberships on Jan 1 to limit time of day access to members not upgrading to the most expensive level. That change excludes access to many of the classes that make the club better than the other gyms in the area.I have been there since it opened, but I doubt my membership will survive this nonsense.

I have never been one to commit to something long term but having been coming 5-6 days per week and love the workouts. Everyday it is changed up and never gets boring.

Money hungry. This is very similar to other reviews posted regarding fees and continuous charges long after cancelling. Do your research and think twice before joining here.My response to the business’s response today: There is nothing to continue or to talk about as you will not be using me for any more money! You will not change my mind in addition to many others!

As I continue to evaluate this fitness placeHere is what my experience1. Overall facility is good2. Locker room has great locking mechanism3. Hair saloon…. I would say Great Clips is way better than LifeSpa haircut.4. Support desk is clueless and often provide misinformation. They had me fill out the form only for manger to tear that form in front of me.5. Different pricing provided to different customers at their discretion. I confirmed the price difference from friends and other family. When I mentioned it they simply ignored and said it’s the current market rate.Additional ExperienceCan’t pause membership over the phone or a website. Has to be in person. When called them it was a free pause, but when I went in there was a charge. Again inexperienced front desk reps.

First they raised my monthly payment without full 30 day notice and then they got rid of one of their basketball courts with out any notice but I was somehow suppose to give them a 30 day notice before canceling. Still trying to charge me for a month that I did not go there at all. Once I found out about the courts I told them that was gonna be my last month but they said they would still have to charge me for another so I canceled my card. Management was extremely rude and didn’t care!!!

this place, as it goes, is a fairly wonderful gym. it's very clean, very healthy. has that kinda "upper-class wellness" feel to it. it's got a wide variety of services - they even sell food - and it's overall been pretty awesome. it's a place i could see patrick bateman going to workout.however, customer service has been getting a little finicky. they've recently hired guys and they're just... know-it-all? like one of them told me "hey ma'am, please rack your weights," and i was like, "no, i'm in the middle of my set; i'm just taking a 1-minute break," and he got all huffy and walked off.other than that, fairly nice gym. i'm kinda sad that they haven't reinstated pre-covid hours (used to be 24/7, now it's 10pm weekdays, 9pm weekends) and i've seen some pretty heated arguments around closing time, mostly related to the aforementioned new hires. it's a shame, 'cause i really like this gym and i'm willing to work with it, but if things get worse i might skedaddle.also, they cut the basketball courts in half. never played, but basketball at lifetime isn't so interesting anymore.
