“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”

“Had an amazing experience renting a lift recliner chair for a month for a surgery! I was coming from out of state and staying in an Airbnb and the whole process from selection, drop off, and pick up was smooth and hassle free! I made a virtual consult to see the inventory and was helped by Abe to find the exact one for my height/weight. He was SO HELPFUL, friendly and available for any questions I had! We ended up extending our rental from 3 to 4 weeks and he made sure we still got the first pick up window. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and even called the crew to make sure they came before 10 am to pick up the chair since we had to check out by 10:30am from our Airbnb. The pick up and drop off crew were so friendly and fast in setting up and breaking down the chair. I will DEFINITELY be using this service again and highly recommended!”
