I always liked this car wash as it's brushless and doesn't scratch your car. Today I was really impressed by one of the supervisors named Caleb. After my car went through the wash he looked at it and noticed my hood wasn't as clean as it should be. Hecame in to explain to me that they were going to run it back through and apologized for the delay. Then he personally washed and dried my car for me. With that attitude Caleb has a bright future ahead of him.

Car Wash person accidentally locked keys in car!! They were able to unlock the drivers door rather quickly. Neither of the attendants got frustrated they just kept at it until they got the job completed.

Pretty disappointing. Stopped for a full service car wash and they didn't even wipe the dashboard. Over priced for what they do.

I’ve been loyal to the Rockhill location since it was called Cardinal Carwash, but today was my last visit. The quality goes downhill with each visit. If I am paying $18 for a full service wash, I expect it to be better than the gas station or other cheaper car wash. This carwash and half-effort wipe down is not worth the high price. I’ll be taking my vehicle to a competitor in the future when desiring a full service wash.

Paid $50 to have the interior of my truck detailed and upholstered. One hour goes by when I get called and....nothing. Floors were still dirty and they could lift up the armrest and clean under it.
