Absolutely, the most rude experience i've ever had from the store manager Jay. From immediately walking in the door I was an inconvenience. No greeting, no hello, nothing. I called ahead to verify i could do a return without a receipt, drove 15 minutes, and was treated absolutely 0 respect. Sorry Jay, but I go to many Oriely shops and I cant remember the exact one I got this exact part. All my future purchases will be with a store that has a return system not in the stone age that can verify a purchase with a card like literally everywhere. Waste of time. No wonder your parking lot was empty.

Needed a battery ASAP while my car was running. Came in an hour before close, taller guy (Receipt said his name was Drake) helped me quickly and answered all my questions, super cool dude. Love coming to this O’Reilly’s, it’s close and the staff their are nice and knowledgeable all the time.

We are so lucky to have O'Reilly Auto Parts in our town. I had some lights come on my dashboard after driving through huge puddles and flooding roads to get home the other day. My local store in Ellisville helped me out by running a test for the check engine light- for free. The gentleman looked up the codes, explained what they were related to, and then gave me the information to share with my mechanic. They are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

Very disappointed with attitude. Have gone to this store for decades, got attitude for dropping off dirty used motor oil. What a revelation, used motor oil is dirty. Went down the street.

I went in for washer fluid and I asked the two young men if they could help me with a broken sprayer for the fluid. He looked up my car and found what I needed and he even installed it for me. Very customer service oriented.

Easy to find parts. I needed some new headlight bulbs and the worker was very kind and changed them for me and taught me how to do it for next time. Awesome service
