The 2 ladies watching the self checkout refused to help me figure out how to get checked out...I ended up walking out not purchasing anything I don't understand the self check out

Prices were higher than expected for some things that were trash. They are self checkout ONLY and have no dressing rooms. You also have to BUY bags. All for DONATED items. This is the biggest scam. You guys really should feel ashamed.

There are items in this store that are priced higher than what you would pay at the retail store on sale.I thought I would give it a chance because I hadn't been in there for awhile but the prices are too high for a thrift store plus you have to check yourself out., i hope that they are supporting a good charity or doing something good, because otherwise there is no point in shopping there. Also, avoid anything wrapped in box tape,as the item is either already damaged or will be when the paint comes off when you remove it.

Prices are more expensive now. Very proud of their donated items. Waste of time.

I’m very unhappy with the policy of not allowing a refund even though fitting rooms are not provided. Once you buy, you’re basically committed to spending that dollar amount in their store on an exchange if something doesn’t fit. I will never shop for clothes in a Savers again. Horrible marketing move. I am an avid and frequent thrift store shopper (entire closet is from thrift stores), and you have lost a customer for life.

I want to start out by saying that this Savers is huge, clean, and very well organized. I also like the self check out registers, it just expedites the process. The employees are somewhat friendly, depending on which way the wind is blowing that day, at least that's been my experience. When I first visited this Savers I found their prices to be fair and reasonable, but within just a couple of months their prices have risen dramatically. I think I could probably purchase some of these items new for a better price. This is USED, donated merchandise, probably a lot of it from Goodwill that they're trying to sell for a huge profit. They have no markdowns or color coded sales the way that Goodwill and St. Vincent De Paul do. They offer 30% off every Tuesday to seniors and an occasional coupon here and there if you're a member. Considering Savers is for profit (charges a sales tax), I'm really surprised they won't accept returns, whereas Goodwill (non profit) allows 14 days for returns, money back. Very disappointing.

Why no dressing rooms? Why no returns? Why have multiple rude employees stand there and watch us all use self check out? Why price a 7.99 Walmart dress @ 12.99? This store is really messed up. You can get better deals on new products at many other retailers. Don’t just assume it’s a deal. If you know brands and prices you know you are being taken advantage of with no amenities. It’s ridiculous.

Clean, well organized and friendly employees. I bought this amazing Kate Spade dress for only 6.00, what a surprise.

If you bring something to donate, they give you a 20% off coupon. Always bring something to donate before you go shopping! I got a linen top, two cotton skirts, and some sterling silver jewelry.

I had a return for store credit (purchase was made 3 days ago) and at checkout I had less than my credit amount ($2 less) and the guy told me I HAD to go get something else and that they couldn’t refund me the balance. I told him I didn’t want anything else or need the balance I just wanted these things and to leave. He told me I couldn’t and I had to go pick something else out. How is that even appropriate to be held hostage in a store and be forced to spend more money? I went to another lady and she was able to complete my transaction and give me the $2 balance on my credit card. I have no idea what was wrong with that guy but I won’t be retuning to this location.

Store is alright, but the restroom smell so bad make me wonder if they even clean the stuff before selling it.
