Awesome trucks easily to drive . Simple process in and out in five minutes. Vehicles are really clean inside and out . Also, it was full of gas . Guys working the counter were super friendly. I will definitely use the Ellisville facilities again .

Beyond all you expect from Home Depot, this Ellisville location also provides rentals, which was quite helpful recently. We needed a tall ladder to paint part of the outside of our house, and Mike and others on the staff were very helpful, on the phone, and in person. We left expecting the 24-foot ladder would work, but it was about 2 feet too short, so they quickly helped us swap out and take home the 32-foot ladder, which worked just right. The rental paperwork was brief and simple. The return was easy. The ladder itself was incredibly strong and stable. The team was great to work with. Thank you, Mike & the rest of the Ellisville Home Depot Rental team!And... to rest of the Home Depot staff, thank you for being so dog friendly... our dog loves our visits!

Ordered a dishwasher from this Home Depot. Linn Star Transfer Crew arrived to install and flooded my kitchen. They said they needed a plumber to finish and scheduled to arrive next day. Plumber didn't arrive. On hold with Home Depot but this whole experience has been horrific. Will be filing a claim for water damage which one home depot rep said needed to wait for the plumber, now they are claiming the plumber was scheduled by Linn Star and trying to escalate. They now want to schedule for a WEEK later. Completely unacceptable. Then now claiming the water damage can be filed without plumber. Get your troy straight home depot. And Home Depot, Linn Star has TWO stars why the heck are you using these people. Not acceptable.

Pretty good overall but the cashiers are less than courteous. Too busy talking to their friends and too rude. Too many alternatives to come back here.

Three stars give this company too much credit... I went in one day and tried to talk to a manager trying to find a brand of mulch. Not only did he tell me to hold on and wait for a second, but he also left me on the spot and talked to an associate, while I stood there without any help. This guy reflects this store negatively in that he did not care about the needs of me, the customer, and he went out of his way to socialize with other employees, laughing all the way to the office. If there was a better way of putting this, 0-star rating for this store. 1 star for still being considered top 20 richest businesses of today.

I live right by a Lowes and drive out of my way to this particular Home Depot. It is the cleanest and best organized store I have ever seen. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Kudos to the manager and staff of this store. I never write reviews, but when you see people who take pride in what they do it needs to be recognized.

Bruce is the man! Thanks for helping us get some bins down from the top shelf! Other store members were helpful with returns.

I love this Home Depot they have everything for do it yourself repair people. The return department is very friendly and I was able to track return my items no problem put it back on my credit card. I also did additional shopping for items that we needed. I'd recommend the store and anyone who is DIY self fixer.

They rent out defective equipment then charged us for the parts when noticed at home and tried to return said equipment. Absolutely laughable, but instead I'll just give them this one star rating. I'll be going to Lowe's from now on.

Went to Home Depot a little while ago because we had a water leak under our kids shower. Ugh. Hopefully fixed now. But I left there so pissed. Out of the 30 or so employees that I saw, only two had face masks on. At least half the customers had no protection on. The customer service are was PACKED with employees and customers. Forget 6 feet. Try two feet....maybe. These people do not care about you or me. They do not care about the 80,000 people who just died. and the many who have been suffering this awful viral pandemic. They do not care about our front line medical people. This is why we should all be concerned about this coming autumn. When I complained, three different employees said it wasn't mandatory until tomorrow. Guess they and the company have no brains until tomorrow.

It's 80 degrees and low humidity and Missouri has passed the curve. Yet here we are a bunch of idiots listening to a self proclaimed scientist Sam Page. This is idiotic.

I'll never shop at Home Depot again after tonight. I think you shouldn't either. I spent over 70 minutes at the paint counter (meanwhile watching 4 associates mess around with each other at the self check out, mock me, and laugh). I called the corporate number, waited on hold for 20 minutes, finally heard "customer waiting in the paint dept" and a nice man named Randy finally came to help. Started a timer once I'd been waiting for 5 minutes and ended it at 75 minutes. For 1 gallon of paint. Randy was nice but I would NEVER recommend Home Depot in Manchester ever again.
