We recently moved to the Troy area and were looking for a butcher to purchase from. Well, we found it. Everything I have bought from them is very good. The bacon is amazing. I highly recommend.

Staff is always SO polite, helpful and friendly. All their products they sell are really high quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for meat processing of any kind.
