Unimpressive experience, employees where not at check out, instead they where in kitchen. Defending the appearance of team work but easily solvable issue but hiring part time cashier. Or even part time kitchen aid who's main focus would be dish, trash, food rotation and that's all. While kitchen worker cooked, kept prep-stock filled and fulfilled pick-up orderers.Parking: Lot is longer than it is wide. Store front single side by side spots that pretty much open to road for the length of the lot along front of building, making it somewhat hazardous if not being observant of surroundings while in the lot, as well as having to keep up with what is going on in the road (close to four way stop sign intersection,) as well as obstacles like fuel pumps and sections of curb (or "sidewalks"). Not well planned or thought out in terms of some what functionality over safety.Wheelchair accessibility: Both doors have accessibility. One is direct accessibility while the other takes you further from direct door access but does provide easier access in order to get to the door if unable to park directly near it.

I called a little while ago and the automated service said they were not receiving take out orders at this time but I could wait to talk to someone in the kitchen or go online and order. So I waited. No one answered. I checked the website but they weren't accepting orders there either. I was close enough at this point just to go there and walk in. So I walk in and there's two employees and hardly any customers. One woman was in the kitchen and the other sitting behind the cashier counter. There's cold breakfast food sitting in the cabinets. There's no pizza in the spin machine. The worker in the kitchen isn't doing anything. Every drink machine is out of order. The coffee machines and the soft drink machines. No one even greeted us. We left 2-3 minutes after we walked in.

I come in here pretty often and the staff are awesome! I always get my morning coffee and breakfast. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because the coffee cups leak! I had to throw away almost a whole coffee because the bottom was giving out and getting coffee all over me. This has happened more than once. Please replace your coffee cups with something stronger!

Asked for long cut got pouches wouldn’t fix it after I opened it. My bad for thinking the employees could read a can. My mistake. Won’t happen again.

Love gas station pizza and they never get greedy with toppings. Always a great experience inside the store regardless.

I am beyond impressed!I have no idea what you are paying the cook that I seen tonight, but whatever it is... You need to give him a raise. The pizza AND the sub were phenomenal. The Subs cheese was melted to perfection, and the crust was just crispy enough on top while still being soft on bottom... Just deliciousThe Pizza I got (sausage and cheese slices), cut in equal proportions, and cooked perfectly. Now, while all this is already amazing. It's about the little things. Not only was the sausage slices cut in half again, for easy bites and control ability. But the Footlong sub that I got, it was wrapped in such a way, that nothing was falling out.I have no idea where you got him, but you HAVE to keep this one. I've seen many come and go (the workers who run the deli)... And this one is beyond, bar far, the best I've seen. I feel he has done this prior to coming to Casey's! He's that good. A professional if you will lol(Elsberry btw)

Why oh why can't corporate get a new Ice machine in this store (ELSBERRY)?? they have been trying to fix it for years and it works one day and then the NO ICE sign is back up again, and stays there for days on end! I love a fountain soda but have to go next door to get it!

It was a long drive without a convenience store this morning from Louisiana Missouri to Elsberry Missouri - and I was really needing a cup of coffee. When I rolled into town, I saw the Shell station first and almost went there. But right next to it was a Casey's and I am a big fan of the Casey's chain, so the choice was obvious. Big city convenience stores have their breakfast sandwiches brought in by truck from some central distribution center, but Casey's always has a dedicated cook making up the pizzas and hot sandwiches on the spot. Samara in the kitchen was very sweet and helpful. When I told her that neither my dog nor I eat the bread on the breakfast sandwiches - and asked her what sandwich would have the most good innards - she recommended the breakfast burrito, which was quite delicious. Casey's stock the Naked brand juice drinks which I like quite a lot- and also an aloe juice drink which is comforting to my tummy. They also have their own brand coffee drinks and iced tea, which are cheaper than the big national brands and have excellent ingredients. I was also able to buy Casey's brand spring water and seltzer water, which we need for our camping. When I went to check out, I could not find my wallet in any of my many cold-weather pockets - and had to go back to my camper van to look for it. It's a new van and I don't have my habits down yet - and it took me forever to find my wallet. Angela at the checkout was very patient with my disorganization and did a great job. I also met a lot of very friendly people in the store. Casey's seems to attract nice people - and the people in this part of Missouri are generally quite nice anyway. If you do happen to find yourself in this part of Missouri, following the scenic Route 79 along the Mississippi River, I highly recommend this Casey's store.
