I had a good experience with Billy. He called me after I ordered the storage unit online to ask some additional questions. He then took time to explain each insurance option. He was professional and helpful.

Have had a unit here for a while. My debit card was compromised and I could not log in to change it. I became past due which I paid my late fee my bad! But I paid it on a Friday at 3pm they close at 5:30pm. I thought I was good and wanted to take some stuff to store when I got there at 3:30 no one was there and the lock they place on a past due unit was still on it. Called because I have a full truck and drove 45 minutes there. But they were at their other location 20 minutes away and would not come take the lock off and wouldn't until the morning. I was very upset driving home! SMH!

Moved into a storage unit in march of this year, then moved out in may. Everyone was professional and amazing. I came back again to store some other things!! Will always come back as long as I’m in the area.

Storage Rentals of America is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from. The unit was provided to me clean and dry. There were no holes in the ceiling (a common storage facility problem). But the best amenity they offer is their top notch customer service. They are prompt to answer the phone when you call the office and eager to help. Whether you are a potential renter or an existing renter. My questions were always answered quickly and anything I needed help with they were glad to offer. They offer online billing and automated payments for your convenience. SROA also sends monthly payment reminders via email about a week and a half before your due date to help you remember you have an upcoming payment. Which is nice for people like me that have a very hectic schedule. I would use them again and definitely recommend them! 5 ✨⭐️🌟✨⭐️!

The girl that I spoke with at the office was very helpful. She talked with me like I was family and explained everything to me step by step as well as the merchandise they have and how to use it. I will definitely be returning to this location next month to rent a unit.

Facilities are usually pretty welll kept up but the lack of on site personnel, anymore, is a set-back, in my opinion. While I realize costs for every business and every family go up, the constant change in ownership and then subsequent monthly rent increases is not great, at all.

Very expensive and limited access to shed. Moving out as soon as possible. Only good thing I can say is that it is clean and easy to get to.

Joe is always very friendly. My husband and I have been impressed with how clean they keep the lockers and grounds. They are always outside cleaning something.
