I’m angry and frustrated. Tried to get help with router problems. Instead was mislead into purchasing Asurion WiFi insurance which I was told wound a one-time charge of $25. Turns out it is a monthly charge of $25. Was told a technician would come out the next day to repair my router. Instead the Asurion guy showed up with no diagnostic equipment. Problem with router still exists and I have the additional problem of trying to cancel the WiFi insurance. Robo chat at ATT website is useless. Horrible service.

The manager of this store Matt could not be more rude. I came in ready to buy two brand new iPhones, and he took my head off with the first words out of his mouth. After 30 seconds, I said I would take my business elsewhere.

I’m so frustrated with this store. We went in December and upgraded our phones- we were told repeatedly that we were on “the wrong plan” and that our bill would go down by $20 per month. We were also told we could get new watches for $3 per month. Sounds too good to be true and it was.
3 months later (after all of the new charges had settled out) and our bill was $40 prior to before we started this disaster- we go in and my husband is told that it had to do with the insurance. I call back and then the sales person tells us that either he “misspoke” or “pushed the wrong button”. Then he tells us he fixed it and our bill will be $228 plus taxes per month. The next bill was $280. We go back in and the original sales person wasn’t there but someone else tried to help us- took off some things that we don’t need and didn’t know we had. Still nowhere close to what we were originally told the bill would be monthly.
And of course now it’s too late to return anything.

So if you wanna go to pay your bill and walk out with two new numbers without knowing it this is your place. Most unprofessinal environment I’ve ever been. The sales reps are awesome and an asset. Anyone that can sit there and be bullied by the manager and stay should be paid more. Not to mention I about got a contact high when the manager came over to be little his people in front of me. Nick the manager smelled like a pot farm. He also told my kids to stop talking why I he was slamming my account. The store manager is a bully and doesn’t deserve the position he’s at. I will be switching after today because any company that has managers like Nick is not my type of company. Well after I call and cancel the 2 phone lines that I don’t need or wasn’t even talked to about. Not to mention I tried calling the store to ask about why this happened the store manager Nick hangs up once he knows who it is or doesn’t return my call. I hope someone sees this within the company and at least investigate the manager and his conduct with not only himself but his customers and staff. At least get him sober so he can be understood.

Was told I could try their internet with no risk for 1 week. If canceled, I would have no charge. I canceled within 5 days. While on the phone canceling, I was reassured I would have no bill. 6 months later a collection agency is calling me about an outstanding bill from att. Att never tried to contact me about the outstanding bill themselves before sending it to a collection company even confirmed this from an att representative. How can a company that has all my information not contact me about an outstanding bill before sending it to a collection company. After 3 hours on the phone with att and collection company my only choice is to pay it so my credit score doesn't drop.

I had a great experience, switching my phone over from T-Mobile to AT&T at the AT&T store angel Joe, Nick, and Sammy were extremely helpful
