“I visited this AutoZone in the middle of June when my trucks brakes went out. My caliper blew and I needed to do a full brake replacement in the parking lot. I believe it was Donna who helped, she provided all of the tools, rags, and jacks we needed and luckily they had all of the parts too! “I wanted to take a moment to recognize Hunter at the Eureka, MO O'Reilly Auto Parts location for the exceptional service he provided during a recent battery replacement.
The day was extremely hot, around 100 degrees with very high humidity. It was so humid that I was sweating just standing in the shade. Despite the challenging conditions, Hunter remained professional, patient, and focused on helping me get back on the road.
During the battery replacement, he encountered significant corrosion on the battery terminals. While removing them, one of the terminals snapped. Rather than treating it as a problem or inconvenience, Hunter immediately went to work finding a replacement terminal in the store and assisted with installing both the new terminal and the battery.
Throughout the process, he maintained a positive attitude and never once complained, despite the extra time and effort required. Thanks to his knowledge, resourcefulness, and willingness to help, I was back on the road in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Hunter's commitment to customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Employees like Hunter are a great reflection of your company, and I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognized.
