the bathroom here is one of the nastiest I have ever experienced..the mens bathroom doesn't even have a soap dispenser and looks like it has NEVER been cleaned.

First, I understand construction gotta be done, but the concrete crusher right next to me filling up. Maybe wait a second til people are gone, it's not that busy. Then of course no fluid for the windshield cleaner. Why even have that there then if your not gonna take care of it. Gas stations lost touch and don't care about their patrons. It come down to how much money they can make.

Every time that I have gone here and used their gas promotion card. They have failed to apply it. This is my 5th time at this location. I will be calling corporate because 5 times. They're playing games. This is the only location that's filled with idiots. I've used this card going all the way down to Florida and back and have never had any problems with any other locations besides this one. Maybe if they can get a couple cents between them all. They would be able to use their two cents together to get the card to work for them. Just like every other location does.

I love that they give back to the consumer. For example, giving30 cents off a gallon of gas at labor day weekend.

Annoying commercials when at the gas pump. Loud music inside playing on cheap speakers. Couldn't wait to leave.

I had an issue with a defective propane tank. At the end of the summer (2022), I bought a full tank for my camper. I did not use the camper until the following April (2023). At the time of use, I found that it was defective. With the fitting attached to the tank I opened the valve of the tank and it immediately started to leak at the fitting. I moved the fitting to a different tank and had no leak. I moved a different fitting to the faulty tank and once again, there was a leak, confirming the tank was the problem.Being that the tank was still full, I went back to Circle K, hoping that I could just exchange it out for a new tank without having to pay. The employee I worked with didn't feel comfortable with that solution because I didn't have a receipt and insisted that I pay the usual exchange rate for trading in an empty tank for a full one. (Essentially making me pay twice for one tank of propane). There was no manager on duty at the time, so the employee left a note for the manager and told me to call back the next day. I called back and spoke with Debbie the manager. She immediately understood the situation and was happy to refund what was charged. She was very friendly and made sure I was a happy customer. Thank you Debbie!!!

Terrible service. Recently moved from Dallas, Texas, the clerk wouldn’t accept my new Missouri license. Never had a problem before. The clerk was stand-offish and rude. Called me an a**hole. QuikTrip scanned my ID no problem.

I'd give this location a zero if I could. The soda fountain has been broken for almost a year now. Not sure what is going on with that. I pass two other gas stations to visit this one, but I may have to question that decision moving forward.

The friendliest staff, best management. Walking into to the store takes me back to a simpler time; a time when Americans weren't in such a dam hurry. Love the beer cave, best prices. Sometimes I go in there just for that fresh clean cave smell. Thanks Shell in Eureka.

Wow I went this store today to get an Icey! Saw the Machine working! Saw there is a sign that you have to ask for assistance. So i waited in line. When i got to the cashier and i asked him for one he was so rude to me. Said No. I said ok. I had some things in my hand that i had brought in. He said you gonna pay for that. No cause they were already mine. Very rude. I wont be back.
