Commerce Eureka is the friendliest and most helpful team of people. This is now my branch. They always make me feel welcome and part of the group. You can't get any better than that.

I was using online banking with Commerce Bank and noticed in the morning when I logged on that the transfer of funds that I did the night before had transacted twice. I am not sure what happened but knew I couldn’t correct it from home. I went to the branch in my neighborhood and employee Carrie Lunte was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She knew right away who to contact and what needed to be done. She made the calls, it didn’t take very long. Unfortunately, they let her know on the phone that my returned money wouldn’t be available until the next day. I explained that I needed access to that money the same day and was there anything she could do? Carrie was very calm and thought things through, kindly asked the person on the phone if there was a way to take care of it. They were able to help and I was able to access my funds right away. I really appreciate that Carrie wanted to help and saw things through to the end. I always have great experiences at this branch.

I've never had a problem with Commerce Bank. The people who work there are always kind, friendly, and helpful. I never have to wait long for service. I appreciate the way they take care of their customers. Thank You commerce bank.

This is the worst bank. They shut my account down without any explanation. They kept my funds hostage for a week. I hope they go under.

Don’t deposit a check in an ATM. They have no problem cashing your check and holding onto it for a week and a half. These people seriously need to think about treating their customers like human beings, not everyone is a banker driving a Cadillac.

Not about Commerce Eureka specifically, all though, the last couple years has been a challenge dealing with this location.Thinking about finding a new home for our finances.After 30+ years, we recently had a title company wire us some money after closing. Commerce charged us a fee to accept the money.Really?They already charge us a large fee to wire money, or if we want a bank check is about half of that or less, but, that requires someone in the bank to “help” us.Aren’t the staff there to “help” us?Now a few to receive money.Pretty sad.Long term loyalty has zero perks with Commerce.

The folks at the branch are friendly and this review isn't directed at them. COMMERCE BANK is crazy eith their fee schedule and stipulations on LOAs. I opened a checking account here to save half a percent on a loan, with the agreement of autopay. Ok, what ever no biggy. $30 a month to have this account open, excuse me, what!?! That's more expensive than the half a % saved. Closing the account has been a freaking nightmare. Horrible bank to deal with, again the branch folks are nice and decent people.

Commerce Bank is worst place to bank at. I was a customer for almost 25 years. In those 25 years they approved me for 1 loan when both my wife and I had excellent credit scores. I had 3 accounts with them. 4 if you counted the business one I had for a few years. Anyway the problem them is the fees. Even though I had money to cover what ever bills that came in. The charged me 37 dollars for 2 times I didn't have enough money in 1 of my accounts because I am changing banks. They have been raising their bank charges more and more. They don't care about their customers anymore. If anyone reads this go to smaller banks like Farmers Merchants Bank and Rockwood Bank. They still care about their customers.

13 year Commerce member here. I’m working in Washington Missouri this month, so I have to stop off and visit this location in my way to work. First time visitor here at this location and Andrea was super friendly and helpful, she definitely was upholding Commerce’s great reputation for customer service! She was great!
