Joe was an immense help today getting my husband into a unit. We are relocating to Missouri and Joe was patient enough to explain everything to me over FaceTime while my husband was at the office. Also, showed us around the facility which my husband said was the cleanest storage locker facility he has seen.

The facility is clean and well kept. However, don't expect to ever reach a local person on any issue and since they sold, the new company reps, who are nice, tell you to try and reach someone local. I wanted to rent a specific unit, across from my current one that didn't have a lock, but the service rep said that they didn't have maps to the newly acquired facilities. After seven calls and a visit to try and reach someone local, I gave up. It's rented now.

Originally, I gave them 5 stars last year, although now I am dropping it to 2 stars dour to the lack of response from my messages, phone calls and complaints. For the last two summer months the "temperature control" has been a problem. It's only 2-5 degrees cooler than outside temperature. 85, 87 and 91 degrees have been the temperature inside when the outside temp wasn't much higher. I have at least 15 totes of photos that now had to be moved due to this issue. 2 months of trying to get answers and no response.

Great and friendly service at the front desk and the facilities are in very good condition. I have been storing stuff here for over 5 years without any problems.
