Appointment got canceled unexpectedly at Beardsley’s and I’m leaving the country tomorrow and needed a haircut pronto. Made appointment here unfortunately. I dreaded it because I always have bad experiences here. As expected, the lady was rude, barely spoke, went as fast as humanly possible. They don’t take the time to listen and talk to their customers. Fade left super uneven and bumpy. I got disgusted and just requested the cut be over. I’ll have it fixed on my trip. Hate this place.

First visit to this location. Used the check in on-line option for my 4 yo. Walked right in & had great CS. My son smiled & laughed the whole time & looks extra cute with his new hairdo! Thank you!

Went to the Eureka location. We used the app to check in. I was so happy to have done that the wait was 57 minutes. We live about 20 minutes away so I had time to do a few things around the house before we left.
My picky son was pleased with his cut. I was very happy with my granddaughters trim. All the split ends got cut off and her "pool hair" looked so much healthier.

Cut the hair by doing proper evaluation to the face size to give beauty to the face. You guys are making the feeling of not to cut the hair any more. Please follow the multi hair cut standards and give some suggestions to the customers before cutting the hair. Customers don't come to your store for not just cutting the hair but to make the face look good by cutting the hair.

I went in today to get my hair cut to around my chin/middle neck and some layers and curtain bangs. However, I left with bangs and the worst haircut I've ever had in my whole life I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They gave me bangs when I specifically said I do not want bangs bangs I want curtain bangs and they said "I got you" then completely messed up my hair, by the way I DID show them q picture and ant the end they said it looks just like it it literally looked NOTHING like it. So I then I was like ok whatever ill just style it when I get home I CAN'T because it is so bad like ughhh and I start school again in like 2 days so thank you sooo much great clips for fing up my hair

Horrible service and horrible staff. Asked for a TRIM, no more than a half inch off the front and sides. Took off more than 2 inches and when paying told me "Tipping is required". If you value your looks stay miles away from this place. Awful experience, corporate should shut this place down.
