I scheduled an appointment online. I only waited 4 minutes before being called for my appointment. Katie was my phlebotomist and she was AWESOME!!! I’ve never had such an easy and painless blood draw before! I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. Great experience!

I came in for a urine culture at the Eureka, MO location. Found out 3 days later when I looked in the portal to view the results, that the test had never been done! I called my doctor's office to confirm the test wasn't done. To which they replied yes we don't show Quest ever did the test!
Hopefully my insurance doesn't get charged for this test.

Do not waste your time. They mishandled the specimen on the first attempt and so I had to spend another morning out of work to repeat the draw. WITH a scheduled appointment, I waited over 40 minutes and ultimately had to leave without it being completed. They have zero respect for customers' time and schedules. There is no one at the front to talk to, they have a large decal covering the check in window so that they can better ignore the people needing help. Don't waste your time.

No way to speak to a person when scheduling an appointment. There should be an option to speak to someone. Ridiculous and frustrating when the auto system doesn't understand you and you can't speak to a live person.
