So Ho Nails has amazing customer service. They took a late appointment for me and even stayed later when I was running late. I never felt rushed and they made me feel as though it was no inconvenience to them, even when I felt terrible for being late. The quality of their workmanship was not compromised either. Top tier service and customer service!!!!

Tina is the most incredible and talented nail tech i have ever came across, never once have i had a bad experience here, and especially with her. very quick, while also making sure nails are done to their best potential. they have outstanding customer service and never let a customer walk out unhappy with their nails. me and my friend had went and unfortunately the wrong product was used to secure her gems, we had let them know and immediately she was sat down and they were fixed no charge. i love soho nails!!!

Fixed a bad nail job from another nail place going from a 4/10 to looking 10/10. Literally saved me from a crash out. The ladies were so nice and took such great care. I got a French manicure and a gel pedicure and I feel so much better. 10/10 service

I drove here from Union. Getting my nails done is my one special alone that I take So its pretty Special to me. I could not find a place that did good work but that also didn't make me feel anxious.. I have real bad anxiety I mean real bad. Soho nail salon I felt so confortable So welcomed.. I will be back for sure. If your looking for a place clean, friendly, kind, does great work Go here. They all are sweet but Adam did my nails.

They told me it would be about a 20 min wait, but they didn’t seat me for about an hour, then it took another 30 before they turned on the water and started to get to me. My person could not understand me at all; I said to avoid a sore spot where I had a cut on my toe and showed her where it was, and she she misunderstood and started to try to cut it with the trimmers. Finally, when she had finished polishing, I had to go because it took way longer. I tried to tell her to stop and let me up, but again she didn’t understand and/or tried to finish faster, then cut my toe at which point I took my feet away and got up. They also used the cheese grater looking thing to remove dead skin, which are against the law now.
