The Appliance Guys were professional and efficient in repair work for refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and other appliance problems. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and very punctual, arrived at the morning window. The technician did troubleshooting, monitoring the fridge to reset itself and saving a couple 100 dollars and fixing the board. The Appliance Guys communicated, explained the issue and did the repair quickly. The mess was cleaned afterwards. The job was great, fantastic and recommended for future appliance crashes.
Have been struggling with an old refrigerator that has had multiple problems. Kim ( in the office) orchestrated the repair work, and Chris (who came home) did a stellar job. Very professional and very efficient. Would certainly call them for future appliance problems.

Thomas was great he did more troubleshooting than the original rech and determined that there was no need for a new board at least for now. Saving a couple 100 dollars.
