This place saved me a lot of time and money. I just moved into the area and was returning a Uhaul truck and a lot of options were closed due to the virus, but this place is keeping the world going, but doing it safely. I appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff and willing to work with people. If I ever need Uhaul our storage needs they WILL get my business. Thanks again so much to the employee that helped me ?. Stay safe out there ?

Mary the person who works here was absolutely horrible and rude to deal with, locked the doors without helping us, she changed our rental pickup to further away location without even notifying us, we had to come back twice to the Eureka location, she stated the truck we reserved had been reserved by someone else who had not come to pick up the truck hours later, but wouldn't let us get it, and then she left for a meeting without helping us even further even though we had the uhaul reps on the phone trying to resolve the matter.
